Hey there.

My name is John Urchak, but friends call me Johnny.  I work as a sports nutritionist and had been a personal trainer way back when.  Today, I still advocate the importance of exercise and a healthy diet not only to athletes but also to everyone.

I currently live with my wife and son in San Diego.
